Questions about pricing
- Is there a genuinely free plan?
- Yes, no card and no expiry. It includes chores, the calendar, the shopping, the pantry and shared expenses in full. What the paid plans change are limits —how many homes, how many people, how much document storage— not your ability to use the modules.
- What happens when I hit a limit?
- You're told when you try to go past it, and nothing you already have stops working. Nothing is deleted or locked for dropping down a plan.
- Can I cancel whenever I like?
- Yes, and the home carries on under the free plan. Your data is yours: you can download all of it at any time from your account settings.
- Is the price per home or per person?
- Per home. Whether there are two of you or seven: the house pays for the plan, not each person in it.
